A three-day crypto training session was organised by the NCC between 19 and 21 February 2024 for AGO prosecutors. These sessions included presentations and discussions on how to apply existing regulatory frameworks to cryptocurrencies; the indictment of cases involving cryptocurrencies and issues which arise in relation thereto; obtaining evidence and the best evidence rule in crypto cases; as well as hands-on workshop exercises on how to navigate cryptocurrency websites.
